ANGRY!

wahhhh! i'm damn angry lo... really feel like scolding F*** to those woman tt tokes to me just now... wat is call good service? are all canon female service provider having pms?
my printer got prob... not happy liao... den waited damn long to get thru to them... den ok... toke to a guy who sounded quite friendly... den transfer me to some stupid woman... ya.. i admit i dunno wat's the seriel no. of the printer looks like and wat is it.. but excuse me? u r some world recognise good service provider.. cant u just explian to me nicely? WTF! den i dun have address... who the hell will know wat's a hall's address? am suppose to know the address of my sch? must u give me attitude? ok.. fine.. den i have to call back to give the full address.. another woman answered... but den also have attitude leh.. den just ask her a quest only.. she transfer me back to the supposrt dept and the samne guy pick up the call.. so ANGRY! and he was like huh? y u r back angry.. think he also blur and wonder y.. den ... make me give them everything.. address.. contact no. and everything.. den tell me the printer is under caltex's name.. (exchange it w daddy's pts). but i still pay alot for it.. 100? 200? den they tell me warranty not transferable.. so i need to have the warranty card w me.. if not i have to pay $65 to get their man now... i was like y dun u say so earlier... make me go thru everything den tell me cannot service... really wanna go complain abt them man.. haha.. i sure go check if there's a complain section in their website.. this time i'm seriously pissed!
